Working cabin specification

Floor: 175 x 50 framing with 50mm kingspan insulation between joists with 6mm plywood under and 18 mm plywood on top.

Walls: 100 x 50 framing with vapour membrane fitted, cladded externally with pressure treated barrel board
or 150 x 180 smooth pine shiplap, 100mm rockwool fitted between joists and 12.5 foil back plasterboard fitted internally taped and jointed.

Electrical: Adequate power sockets and ceiling lighting with one external light, electric wall timed panel
heater all connected up to existing fuse board.

Roof: pvc coated metal tile effect roof sheeting with felt under in a choice of colours. Black pvc gutters and downpipes.
