How much will my garden room cost?
The price will depend on the size and specification of your desired project.
We will provide price list for various sizes and specifications on receipt of your enquiry, which will give broad comparisons to your desired project. For a specific price on a bespoke design just contact us and we will gladly provide a detailed price tailored to your design.
What is included in the price?
All prices quoted are inclusive of all materials, full installation and delivery. A no hassle all in one figure which generally includes connection to services,subject to a site visit. Prices quoted will indicate whether vat is included or not.
The vat rate applicable to all our fitted products is 13.5%.
Do I need planning permission?
Generally garden rooms do not require planning permission, please check with your local authority as
some restrictions may apply in your area.
Who will install our project?
All installations of Irish Woodstyle are carried out by our vastly experienced fitters who are direct employees of the company and not subcontractors, hence they have the same drive for perfection in product and customer satisfaction as is our company ethos.
Can I take my garden room with me if I move?
Our panelized system allows for this possibility,we must be informed of this possibility at design stage. We recommend a thorough evalution of the financial cost involved against the added value your garden room gives to your property. Recent research has shown that a garden room will increase the value of of your property by between 75% and 100% of the buildings purchase price.
What maintaince is required?
This will depend on how exposed your garden is to the elements. Typically external timber doors and windows have a factory applied paint which is guaranteed for 10 years. External cladding finishes need to be examined annually but typically only need a recoat every 5 years.
Do you carry out a site visit?
Yes it is very important to visit the site and liase directly with the client, to prepare detailed drawings of the project.
Can you use these structures as a house extension?
Yes, our buildings can be attached to an existing house to form a bedroom, utility room, sun room or any room. Our buildings are considerably better value than a traditional extension and are constructed in a fraction of the time with none of the usual disruptions.
What is included in the structure?
We aim to include everything excluding furniture . We take the project from ground to front door key with everything in between ( decoration inside and out, floor finished in laminate timber effect) so you can move in on completion day.
